Avalon Landscaping Technologies Inc. is a design/build
company. We are NOT architects or designers only. However, on 95% of our
projects some kind of idea is is needed on paper. The client will then
know what they are getting, and we, as a contractor, will know exactly
what we are obligated to build and will be able to price the project accurately,
so there there will be no surprises to either party.

The following is an overview of sample scenarios of various scale
designs.
The client is to provide the following preliminary site information
dependent upon availability.
- Site photographs showing existing conditions.
- Scaled architectural plans, elevations, survey, site and/or
grading plans in hard copy or disc copy or by e-mail.
- Any other pertinent engineer or applicable drawings or reports.
- Preliminary conceptual ideas or drawings for all the FF. Designs.

ideas, and we will provide a preliminarily quote based on the information

| Initial Consultation |
|
We provide a 30 minute free consultation; thereafter it is $75.00 per hour. The consultation allows us to survey the site, listen to your wishes and to discuss ideas.

*** Any commercial, institutional, industrial, recreational or
other projects will be negotiated as necessary on the basis of project
size, location and scope of work involved.
*** All above designs include two working copies of final design
concept.
